The Institutional Grants Program funds civil society organizations to improve lives in Latin America by supporting policy and practice changes in Democratic Governance and Education. Projects focus on justice systems, access to justice, and foundational learning recovery emphasizing literacy and numeracy in early primary school. Grants support research, innovation, capacity-building, and partnerships with local systems.
Eligible applicants are civil society organizations founded and based in Latin America. Regional and international organizations with substantial local presence and proven collaboration with local stakeholders may also apply.
