This program funds initiatives that enhance homeownership opportunities for Native American Tribes, Alaska Native Communities, and Native Hawaiian Communities in rural areas by supporting relending activities through Native Community Development Financial Institutions. It aims to strengthen financial institutions serving these communities to promote sustainable housing development.
