The ASPIRE! program provides early career faculty at Columbia University Irving Medical Center with peer and near-peer mentoring, interactive group workshops, and program evaluation. It aims to enhance retention in academia, promote research career development, and improve mentorship satisfaction through regular mentoring sessions and workshops.
Open to early career faculty at Columbia University Irving Medical Center at Instructor or Assistant Professor rank. Applicants with NIH K awards, foundation career development awards, or grant application experience are encouraged.
