This grant funds innovative and collaborative projects that demonstrate community impact, sustainability, and success potential within the Concho Valley. Applicants must submit proposals at least three to four months before funds are needed. The Foundation evaluates proposals quarterly based on need, quality, innovation, collaboration, and vital support. No oral presentations or direct Trustee contact are allowed.
