Supports infrastructure projects at public library facilities such as new construction, critical maintenance, life safety improvements, planning, and design. Eligible applicants include cities, counties, and official library districts. Projects must be completed by March 31, 2026. Grants can fund multiple facilities per jurisdiction, each up to $10 million. Administrative costs are allowable; storage and moving costs are excluded.
Eligible applicants are cities, counties, and official library districts. College, university, and law libraries are not eligible.
