This grant supports nonprofit organizations in Western Massachusetts working to advance health equity by addressing social determinants such as built environment, education, employment, housing, social environment, violence, and trauma. Awards up to $10,000 help improve health or health care-related needs in targeted communities within Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester Counties.
Eligible applicants are registered non-profit 501c3 organizations with programs targeting communities in Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester Counties in Massachusetts.
