This call supports transnational collaborative research projects focused on Access to Care within health and care systems. Funded activities include applied research, implementation, piloting, upscaling, and testing solutions that transform care pathways and organizational models. Projects must demonstrate proof of concepts or validate solutions in real health ecosystems, emphasizing equity and interdisciplinary approaches with stakeholder co-creation.
Irish partners are eligible except for basic biomedical research, human embryo creation, or funding linked to tobacco or alcohol industries. Projects must include Irish researchers and comply with HRB funding rules.
