This grant provides matching reimbursement funding up to $1,000 per building for small exterior renovations. It supports commercial buildings and businesses located or planning to locate in Business Improvement Areas. Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until annual funds are fully allocated.
Eligible applicants are commercial buildings and businesses located or planning to locate in Business Improvement Areas (BIAs).
