This grant funds projects that protect and restore ecosystems, watersheds, and urban creeks within 1.5 miles of the Lower LA River. Funded activities include climate adaptation, habitat restoration, pollution reduction, and enhancing access for diverse populations. Applicants submit a Concept Proposal for initial review, with selected projects invited to submit full applications. Eligible applicants include nonprofits, public agencies, tribal entities, and local government bodies.
