This grant program supports projects that enhance park facilities and recreational improvements to expand public access to conservation lands and reduce environmental impacts contributing to climate change in the Coachella Valley. Priority is given to projects serving economically disadvantaged communities or underserved areas. Applications are accepted continuously with a required preapplication consultation.
Eligible applicants include nonprofits, public agencies, and tribal governments within the Conservancy's territorial jurisdiction. Matching funds are encouraged but not required.
