This grant supports projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life and care for residents of Skilled Nursing Facilities in California. Funded activities include training, culture change initiatives, infection control, and arts engagement. Projects must exclude research-only efforts, capital improvements, staff salaries, and complex technology. Applicants include SNFs, nonprofits, advocacy groups, and government entities using a provided application template for projects up to 36 months.
Eligible applicants include businesses, individuals, nonprofits, public agencies, and tribal governments. Projects must involve certified Skilled Nursing Facilities within California.
