This ongoing non-competitive grant supports planning and implementation projects that increase public access to the Delta through recreation, tourism, historic and cultural preservation, and environmental education. It prioritizes projects benefiting disadvantaged communities and funds shovel-ready capital asset projects maintained for 15+ years. Applicants must submit a concept proposal before full application.
Eligible applicants include California public agencies and nonprofits with 501(c)3 status whose charitable purposes align with the Conservancy's mission. Projects must benefit the Delta and Suisun Marsh regions.
