Supports IHEs or non-profits to develop, evaluate, and deploy educational and training resources related to entrepreneurship, technology transfer, and research translation. Awards up to $3 million for 3 years with possible renewal for scaling successful projects. Beneficiaries include lower RTRL IHEs across the US.
Eligible applicants are institutions of higher education or non-profits with a strong research translation ecosystem or experience in developing educational and training resources related to entrepreneurship and technology transfer.
