This grant supports a wide range of activities to create affordable housing for very low, low, and moderate-income residents of St. Johns County. Funded activities include property acquisition, rehabilitation of existing housing, new construction, and infrastructure provision. Projects must be located entirely within the county and align with the County’s Consolidated Plan. Applications are reviewed quarterly with final awards approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
