Supports CHDOs and CBDOs in creating affordable housing and commercial services in low- to moderate-income areas. Eligible activities include senior home maintenance, landlord-tenant outreach, fair housing mediation, financial literacy, workforce development, security patrol, and graffiti removal. Funding limits apply to certain activities. Applications are evaluated on community needs, plan consistency, organizational capacity, and past performance.
Eligible applicants are CHDOs and CBDOs with boards composed of at least 51% low- or moderate-income residents or representatives, operating in low- to moderate-income areas.
