This pilot program provides grants for public-use airports to purchase zero emissions vehicles and construct or modify infrastructure needed for their use. Eligible vehicles must emit no criteria pollutants and be federally certified. Funding supports capital improvements only, excluding operational and maintenance costs. The program aims to improve airport air quality through efficient technology adoption.
Eligible applicants are public-use airports listed in the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems that receive Airport Improvement Program grants.
