This grant supports large community development projects with budgets starting at $5 million. Eligible projects include office, retail, cultural, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use developments. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, providing flexibility for applicants. Resources and FAQs are available to assist applicants throughout the process.
Eligible applicants include business owners, property owners, non-profit organizations, community developers, and entrepreneurs.
