The Indo-Pacific NGO Blended Finance Accelerator funds NGOs to develop and scale blended finance solutions that mobilize private capital for climate action and gender equality in Indo-Pacific countries. It provides catalytic grants and acceleration support for activities including legal and financial structuring, pipeline development, fundraising, piloting, and impact measurement frameworks to overcome barriers in blended finance.
Eligible applicants are NGOs applying independently or with consortium partners, with a key role in designing and implementing blended finance vehicles focused on climate action and/or gender equality in Indo-Pacific countries eligible for Official Development Assistance.
