Starting in 2026, this program supports nonprofit projects that mitigate climate change, improve community resilience, protect public health from toxic chemicals and pollutants, and preserve biological diversity. National projects must benefit multiple U.S. states or territories unless focused on New York State. Proposals are submitted via a one-step RFP through the Grantseeker Portal during an eight-week window each winter.
