The initiative aims to consolidate EU leadership in climate data sovereignty and ensure effective delivery of climate information for policy processes like IPCC and UNFCCC.
Eligible applicants include legal entities from EU and associated countries, with specific provisions for non-EU/non-associated countries and entities from low- to middle-income countries. Proposals must comply with Horizon Europe admissibility, financial, and operational conditions.
