This Challenge funds projects delivering proof-of-concept biotechnology or pharmaceutical interventions targeting fundamental ageing processes to prevent or reverse age-related diseases. It also supports development of biomarkers and new approach methodologies for ageing assessment, and approaches addressing regulatory and societal challenges to facilitate adoption. Consortia collaboration and portfolio diversity are emphasized to cover various molecular processes, diseases, and biomarker applications.
Eligible applicants include single legal entities or consortia established in EU Member States or Associated Countries.
