This opportunity funds projects that create mentor-mentee twinning partnerships between Hydrogen Valleys and cities focused on decarbonising local and peri-urban hard-to-abate sectors using renewable hydrogen. Activities include feasibility studies, implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, and developing roadmaps for hydrogen integration. The projects aim to foster innovation, economic growth, and improved air quality while enhancing synergies with the Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities Mission.
Eligible applicants must comply with general admissibility, financial, and operational capacity conditions outlined in the Horizon Europe Work Programme General Annexes.
