This grant supports organisations to deliver flexible, responsive services that strengthen family wellbeing and provide social and emotional support to children aged 0-17 and young people up to 25. It prioritizes early intervention, integrated services, community-informed approaches, and improving outcomes for First Nations children through community-controlled organisations. Funding covers service delivery from July 2027 to June 2032.
Eligible applicants are invited organisations listed in Appendix A of the Grant Opportunity Guidelines who have received an invitation to apply through GrantConnect.
