The Multilateral Placements Program provides funding to multilateral organisations to place Australian professionals in roles across the multilateral system. It supports increased Australian representation in these organisations and enhances multilateral expertise within the Australian Government and sectors reliant on multilateral engagement.
Eligible applicants are multilateral organisations defined as internationally recognised intergovernmental organisations primarily composed of sovereign states, including UN bodies and multilateral economic institutions.
