This program funds approved early childhood education and care services to build their capacity to include children with additional needs alongside their peers. It supports services in meeting obligations under the National Quality Framework and Standards, promoting equitable access, participation, and positive learning outcomes for all children.
Eligible applicants are ECEC services approved for Child Care Subsidy (CCS) under the Family Assistance Law.
