This grant supports Australian small to medium enterprises to overcome export barriers and build scale and competitiveness in defence capability priority areas identified by Sovereign Defence Industrial Priorities. It funds projects that contribute to strengthening Australia's defence industrial base in strategic priority areas over four years from 2024-25 to 2027-28.
Eligible applicants are Australian SMEs with less than 200 employees, an ABN, GST registration, and an Australian bank account.
