This program funds up to ten years of cryostorage for eggs, sperm, or embryos to reduce costs for patients needing fertility preservation due to cancer or genetic risks. Eligible ART clinics licensed by RTAC can apply to support these patient groups by providing subsidized cryostorage services.
Eligible applicants are Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee (RTAC) licensed ART clinics providing cryostorage services for eligible patients.
