This grant provides funding to liquidators of assetless companies to undertake asset recovery or compensation actions where misconduct has caused asset dissipation. Eligible liquidators appointed under court-ordered, creditors' voluntary, or ASIC-ordered winding up scenarios can apply for funding to support Preliminary and Legal Actions, subject to meeting specific eligibility criteria including lodged reports and evidence of misconduct.
