This grant provides K–12 schools nationwide with salad bar equipment, recipes, and training resources to increase student access to fresh fruits and vegetables. It promotes environmental sustainability and supports farm-to-school efforts by helping schools successfully install and operate salad bars.
Eligible applicants are K–12 schools nationwide. Schools must be able to install and utilize salad bar equipment with provided training and resources.
