The U.S. Passport Grant Program covers all costs for a first-time adult U.S. Passport Book including execution fee and photo fee waiver for UC Davis undergraduate students who demonstrate financial need. Renewals are not accepted. Awardees must attend advising and application sessions and complete an in-person application appointment at the UC Davis Business Center.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens, 18 or older, demonstrate financial need, be UC Davis undergraduate students continuing through Spring 2027, and applying for a first-time adult U.S. passport.
