Provides up to $500 to individual artists for learning opportunities such as tuition for arts classes, workshops, conferences, equipment purchases, or mentorship. Projects must start at least 30 days after application and be completed within 12 months. Eligible applicants are adult artists residing in specific Minnesota counties and must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.
