The William A. Lumpkin Endowed Scholarship provides $1,000 to African-American students graduating from Dayton Public or Trotwood-Madison High Schools. It supports students who demonstrate leadership in athletics or extracurricular activities, have a minimum 2.5 GPA, and have been accepted to accredited two- or four-year colleges or universities.
