The Stokes Scholarship Program provides financial assistance for university tuition to students demonstrating financial need. Scholars intern full-time each summer in the CIA's WMA, maintain a competitive GPA, and commit to working at the CIA after graduation through a service agreement. The program supports students pursuing majors aligned with CIA occupations and requires maintaining full-time student status and high standards of performance.
Applicants must demonstrate financial need, be U.S. citizens, maintain full-time student status with a minimum GPA of 3.0, major in an aligned degree, and commit to working at the CIA through a service agreement.
