This program offers free individual fidelity bonds of $5,000 coverage for six months to employers who hire "at risk" individuals facing employment barriers. It protects employers from losses due to employee dishonesty such as theft or embezzlement. Eligible individuals include those with criminal records, substance abuse history, poor credit, dishonorable military discharge, or insufficient work history. Bonds must be established before employment begins and apply only to W2 employees.
