Supports local groups in delivering recurring festivals that present local artists, artisans, heritage performers, and Indigenous cultural carriers. Festivals must be live, in person, primarily local in programming, recurring, inclusive, community-supported, and open to the public. Eligible projects include celebrations of 2SLGBTQI+ and Indigenous cultures, emphasizing local engagement and volunteer integration.
Eligible applicants are local non-profit organizations, unincorporated groups, or local Indigenous governments. Individuals, for-profit businesses, government bodies, educational institutions, and certain other groups are not eligible.
