This grant funds projects that create indoor pop-up spaces designed to promote civic and social life within urban and rural BIPOC and/or low-income communities in the Northeastern United States. The initiative supports placemaking efforts that foster community development and engagement in these underserved areas.
Eligible applicants are urban and rural BIPOC and/or low-income communities located in the Northeastern United States.
