Provides upfront funding for FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, and FIRST Robotics Competition teams in eligible John Deere communities or with committed John Deere employee mentors. Covers registration fees, robot kits, and field setup kits but excludes travel and apparel. Additional benefits include safety glasses, recognition, and mentor support.
Teams must be located in eligible John Deere home communities or have a committed, in-person John Deere employee mentor. Eligible mentors must be current John Deere employees, excluding retirees, dealers, and contingent workers.
