Supports a wide range of projects benefiting Winnipeg residents, such as capital and renovations, conferences, equipment, program operations, planning, capital campaigns, short-term operating support, and capacity building. Encourages collaborations between registered charities and non-profits. Excludes individuals, government bodies, political or religious activities, and prior activities before decision date.
Eligible applicants are CRA-registered charities, qualified CRA donees, and organizations compliant with the Manitoba Human Rights Code. Applicants must not have received a Community Grant this year unless collaborating, and Multi Year Grant recipients are ineligible during their funding period.
