Supports projects that measure, prevent, or reduce pollution in disproportionately impacted communities across Colorado. Funding includes technical assistance to help community organizations participate effectively in rulemaking hearings. Focus areas include environmental health, pollution prevention, climate change, and other local priorities led by communities.
Eligible projects are those in disproportionately impacted communities such as low-income communities, communities of color, and those affected by pollution and climate change in Colorado.
