Grants up to $25,000 support Human Services programs addressing needs of economically disadvantaged populations and Education initiatives including early childhood, K-12, adult education, and workforce training in Western North Carolina. Eligible organizations must be tax-exempt or governmental entities serving specified counties and demonstrate financial sustainability.
Eligible applicants are tax-exempt organizations or governmental entities located in specified Western North Carolina counties. They must serve economically disadvantaged populations for Human Services or meet Education objectives, be financially sustainable, and not have an open or recent grant.
