Individual Artist Fellowships provide Delaware creative artists in visual, performing, media, folk, and literary arts with awards of $5,000 to $12,000 based on career stage and artistic quality. Funds support equipment, materials, working time, and other career advancement needs. Recipients must present their work publicly during the fellowship year. Eligibility requires Delaware residency and excludes students and recent recipients.
Applicants must be Delaware residents for at least one year, at least 18 years old, and remain residents during the grant period. Students enrolled in degree programs and recent recipients are ineligible. Additional restrictions apply regarding prior awards and application limits.
