This program provides $2,500 grants to community groups in Metro Denver to hire capacity-building coaches or lead grassroots organizing projects. Funded activities must leverage local leaders' skills and neighborhood institutions to strengthen communities with incomes below the area median and communities of color. Eligible applicants are community groups led by at least three unrelated leaders, registered as 501(c)(3) nonprofits or fiscally sponsored by one, and operating within the seven-county Metro Denver region.
