This program supports small-scale maintenance projects costing $500 or less that focus on invasive species removal/control and plant replacements/enhancements. It aims to sustain watershed restoration benefits such as water quality, cooling, and habitat after installation. Eligible applicants include community groups, nonprofits, schools, and small municipalities. Funds cannot be used to purchase non-native species.
Eligible applicants include homeowners associations, civic groups, youth and service organizations, faith-based groups, watershed organizations, nonprofits, schools, and small municipalities with populations under 5,000.
