Provides general operating support grants to nonprofit 501(c)(3) arts and cultural organizations with annual budgets between $500,000 and $10 million. Eligible organizations must be professionally managed with full-time paid staff, have a diverse board meeting regularly, be located within 30 miles of Dayton, Ohio, and demonstrate fiscal responsibility through audited financials. Funding excludes organizations recently supported by United Way or other united arts funds. Faith-based organizations must have all programming open to the public.
