This grant supports Idaho-based industry consortia and training providers in creating cost-effective, scalable training programs that address workforce skill gaps. Funding covers personnel, tuition, facilities, equipment, travel, and administrative costs over three years. Training must provide transferable, industry-recognized skills through classroom, virtual, or work-based methods, with quarterly reporting required.
Eligible applicants are business entities representing at least three industry partners with similar talent development needs, including industry partners, non-profits, and training providers authorized to operate in Idaho.
