The REALTORS Housing Opportunities Fund provides competitive grants to nonprofits focused on affordable housing through education, development, or repair. Since 2003, it has invested over $1 million in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties to support housing initiatives that improve community access to affordable homes.
Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations serving Berkeley, Charleston, and/or Dorchester counties that focus on affordable housing via education, development, or repair.
