This grant funds music education programs in K-12 public and private schools located in the St. Croix Valley region of Minnesota and Wisconsin. Applicants must submit a bid, with preference given to local or regional organizations. Priority is on experiential learning opportunities rather than infrastructure. Extra emphasis is placed on schools with fewer previous grants.
