The Future Works Grant provides up to $500,000 to Local Workforce Development Boards to strengthen workforce development services for new or expanding businesses in Pennsylvania. Funded projects must build skilled talent pipelines, support job quality, and align with the state's economic development strategic plan to ensure long-term success for businesses and employees.
Eligible applicants are Local Workforce Development Boards (LWDBs) in Pennsylvania. Only these entities may apply for the grant.
