The program aims to prevent burnout and promote long-term leadership sustainability for experienced leaders with strong ties to Alaska.
Eligible applicants are full-time Alaska resident nonprofit executives or tribal administrators with 7+ years nonprofit/tribal experience and 5+ years in current leadership. The organization must be an Alaska 501(c)(3) nonprofit or tribal entity for at least one year.
