The program funds Australian national collecting institutions to develop and tour their collections both nationally and internationally. It aims to increase access to cultural material for all Australians, especially in regional communities, and promote international awareness of Australia's cultural heritage through overseas tours.
Eligible applicants are Australian national collecting institutions such as the National Gallery of Australia and National Museum of Australia. Only these specified institutions may apply.
